The COVID-19 pandemic has demonstrated the strengths and weaknesses of our country and the global community’s ability to act in a time of crisis. The climate crisis is next, and we need to act now to avoid total climate breakdown. Extinction Rebellion presents the climate science and how we can unite as a people and a global community to save our planet.
"Heading For Extinction (and what to do about it)" is a talk that Extinction Rebellion requests all new members to attend when they become a part of the organism. It's a great way to learn about the science and connect with others who are wrestling with the same information. Even if you don't want to join Extinction Rebellion, this talk is a great introduction to what we're facing in the next decade and what needs to happen to prevent catastrophe.
