Holiday Cheer at Citibank

  • 388 Greenwich Street New York, NY, 10013 United States (map)

Most of us do work for a living that we would not do in our ideal world. We survive – not thrive – in a toxic system. The same is true of bank employees (other than the top evil Grand Poobahs, who could quit any day). They are our biggest allies in putting pressure on their employer to stop funding oil, coal, and gas projects.

Come to the lovely plaza (a public space) in front of Citibank headquarters in Tribeca to talk to employees, hand out little gifts, and spread some holiday cheer. Bring your kids to remind employees why they come to work and what's at stake for the future. Dress particularly warmly, and don't be late!

We’ll be there in two shifts, from 8:30 - 9:30 AM and then again from 12:30 - 1:30 PM.

Co-hosted with New York Communities for Change.

Next day is rain date.
