This event is part of an activist comedy discussion series taking place every other Thursday on Zoom. Join your fellow rebels in a casual setting as we gather virtually to share examples of comedic works (such as short films or pieces of comedic writing) that tackle heavy topics like the climate emergency, and give inspiration of how humor can be used to push for social change. Each screening will be followed by a facilitated group discussion about how the piece we just watched/read together affected and inspired us. Join your fellow rebels in a casual setting to laugh, cry, learn & share principles of comedy, and to chat. No prerequisite knowledge required; all are welcome!
