Most of us alive today have never experienced anything like the current sociopolitical context which compounds our ongoing climate despair and intersects with our individual challenges. All this can take a toll on our body-mind-spirit, chipping away at our resilience. Sharing and connecting with others in a listening circle fortifies us individually and collectively. Listening Circles provide a community space where we can be open to our whole selves, where we can share and witness our vulnerabilities, joys and griefs, and whatever is alive for each of us in the moment. It is also a place where we learn and practice skills for enhancing resilience and building capacity for creating the change we want to see.
