What makes your heart sing?

Practice

Journal or share with a partner for 5 minutes on what’s weighing you down and what’s lifting you up. What can you let go of doing? What can you put less energy into so that you can focus more on what’s most important to you? Clarify where your energy really wants to go. As you feel into your energy, let your arms (or whole body) move too. 

Go Deeper

Let yourself get into your body this week. In this 22-minute Yoga For Change and Drain practice, invite yourself to really let go—let go of having to figure things out, of having to be what you thought you had to be, of having to hold on to what isn’t working anymore. Let the wisdom of your body release what needs to be released, make space for what wants to come in, and “cultivate the tools to accept change gracefully.”
