Calling in “An Enemy of the People”

Extinction Rebels will workshop an intervention in a famous scene in Ibsen's notorious drama.

Join us for a community gathering and fundraiser to support our friends facing repression. Our own Degas 2, the protestors of Stop Cop City, and many others are being threatened with disproportionate sentences for defending planet earth. We will have two great speakers for a panel and discussion: Kamau Franklin of Community Builders, Atlanta-Stop Cop City and Steve Donziger of the Anti-Chevron case.

Our message is just as important as the actions we take. This training is for people who want to help share XR's message on social media and with the press. Come learn the basics and share your ideas with us.

Join us for a monthly social bicycle ride on the first Sunday of each month that combines our love for cycling with our passion for climate activism.

XR NYC Mindful Rebels and the EcoSattva Affinity group of Brooklyn Zen Center are organizing a “meeting of meetings” in Battery Park of groups in contemplative traditions to learn, connect, practice together and consider how that translates into skillful action!

Indigenous leaders in Minnesota have put out a call asking the public to support their fight against the Line 3 expansion of pipelines carrying highly toxic tar sands oil through Native lands and essential waterways, and contributing to the climate crisis. Come spend the evening with us and learn of ways you can support the frontlines from the big city.
