Ready to step up and make the action happen with XR NYC? Our movement runs on the fierce dedication of committed, collaborative volunteers.
Our working groups invite you to open New Rebel Welcome meetings to introduce the work each group does, discuss upcoming projects, identify open roles and share ideas. The first half of the meeting will be an opportunity for introductions, learning more about how our organizing structure works and identifying specific ways you can get involved. Working groups will conduct regular business in the second half of the meeting.

Regenerative Culture is one of the most radical and most important things that we can be doing on a local, national and global level as we move into the future. This Regen 101 Workshop is being given, and was developed by XR Regen Australia which has already trained over 1350 Rebels from 27 countries.
A "Subway Talk" is a 2-min. personalized speech about the need to take action on the Climate Emergency, delivered on a moving train. Come to this workshop to prepare your talk, discuss logistics, and then head out in small groups to talk to our NYC neighbors. Not sure you're ready to talk yet? We need rebels to hand out flyers & take video, as well.

This Regen 101 workshop will cover Earth Emotions, Self Care, Burnout, and Emotional Debriefing, and is based on the very comprehensive Regen 101 workbook, which is full of resources: https://ausrebellion.earth/docs/Regen101.pdf
